My approach is one of recognizing that you are the master of your own destiny and the winning of the game called your life is more likely, if you have the ability to play the game well by coming to know, through good coaching, the right observation, choices and actions to take.

These things can at times put duress on us and with all the uncertainty that seems to be in the air, though I, in no way want to make it just an illusion, there is one stable reference point that I seem to keep coming back to:
“Being true to yourself and what your purposes are in life and holding steady to them along with persistency, determination and hard work will help pull you through just about anything.”
I’m sure you know this but I re-experienced this basic for myself recently and it was refreshing and reaffirming!
I think you’ll find yourself living more, sooner than you imagine.”
Find and restore that purpose to its full luster. You can do this by remembering when you first created or decided on that purpose and why. The purpose will come back to life and the fear, apprehension and faintness of heart will disappear.”
